Services
À La Luna provides personalized lifestyle services including, but not limited to, luxury travel planning, hotel bookings, concierge requests, celebrations, private events, dining reservations, transportation coordination, and bespoke experiences.
All services are tailored to each client and are subject to availability, supplier terms, and destination-specific policies.
Service Fees
Planning, concierge, and design fees may apply depending on the scope of services requested. These fees are communicated in advance and are non-refundable once services have commenced. Additional supplier deposits, hotel payments, event payments, and third-party charges are separate from À La Luna service fees unless otherwise stated.
Payments
Certain bookings may require a deposit or full prepayment to secure reservations. Payment deadlines must be met to avoid cancellation, rate changes, or loss of availability. À La Luna is not responsible for supplier pricing changes, inventory changes, or availability fluctuations prior to confirmed payment.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by hotel, villa, airline, destination partner, and supplier. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific supplier terms associated with your booking. À La Luna service fees remain non-refundable once planning, research, or booking services have begun.
Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance, including Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) coverage when available, is strongly recommended to protect your investment. À La Luna is not responsible for losses resulting from cancellations, delays, supplier defaults, medical emergencies, weather disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Third-Party Suppliers
À La Luna acts as an independent advisor and intermediary between clients and third-party suppliers including hotels, airlines, villas, transportation providers, tour operators, and event vendors. We are not liable for acts, omissions, service interruptions, accidents, losses, injuries, delays, or changes caused by third-party suppliers.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for reviewing travel documents, confirming passport validity, visa requirements, health documentation, and destination entry requirements. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all personal information provided for bookings is accurate.
Privacy
All personal information shared with À La Luna is handled with discretion and used solely for the purpose of planning and managing your services. We do not sell or distribute client information without consent, except when necessary to fulfill travel and service arrangements.
Changes to Services
Changes requested after confirmations may result in additional fees, supplier penalties, or revised pricing.
À La Luna reserves the right to decline services that fall outside our scope of work or are inconsistent with our service standards.
